While it certainly doesn’t apply to your blog, I am reminded of the remark of Thoreau: “We are in great haste to construct a magnetic telegraph from Maine to Texas; but Maine and Texas, it may be, have nothing important to communicate.”
I was having dinner with my niece and her husband in a restaurant a few days ago and I mentioned a funny quote from Samuel Goldwyn. Her husband pulled out his Blackberry and Googled Sam Goldwyn. Dozens of his quotes popped up. 10 or 12 years ago, that would have been science fiction.
