The new issue of Reason Papers (38:1) has an interesting symposium on the Philosophy of Play, with discussions by Christopher C. Kirby and Brolin Graham, William Schultz, Aaron Harper, and Francisco Javier Lopez Frias.
I also have a long-ish article in which I make fifteen arguments against my own liberal philosophy: “Liberalism: The Fifteen Strongest Challenges”. My purpose is to take seriously the major arguments that have caused smart people to reject liberalism.
I appreciate the editing work of Professors Carrie-Ann Biondi, Shawn Klein, and Irfan Khawaja, especially their pushing me on the many footnotes with quotations from the major anti-liberal thinkers in history.
The anti-liberal arguments are the antagonists of fifteen arguments I made for liberalism, published last year as “Liberalism: The Fifteen Best Arguments”.
Reason Papers is now in its 42nd year.
