I like the book review as well though I see a mistake in “Part 2” of his review:
“And I discussed Hicks’s analysis of Kant’s role in this – Kant’s separation of the mind from the real world, his creation of two alternate worlds, the phenomenal world of external reality which is unknowable and the noumenal world of the mind which knows truths which are internally logical and consistent but has no connection to reality.”
Unless I am misremembering Kant, the “noumenal” world is the exterior world that we cannot know except through its phenomenal attributes. I appears he mixed up his Kantian terminology, which I imagine will be pounced upon if the review goes viral.

Thanks, Lucius. I’ll let him know.
