In March I will be in Australia for my Adventures in Postmodernism tour, sponsored by True Arrow Events, based in Melbourne.
I’ll be touring four cities, giving lectures in Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, and Brisbane. Additionally, in Sydney and Melbourne I will be conducting full-day Master Classes for those interested in a deep dive into Enlightenment-versus-postmodern theory and practice.
Bella d’Abrera will be the M.C. for the Melbourne, Adelaide, and Brisbane events. Dr. d’Abrera attended Cambridge University and writes about postmodernism in Australian media and appears on major news programs. She works for The Institute of Public Affairs, one of the oldest thinks tanks in the world, based in Melbourne.
Claire Lehmann will be the M.C. for Sydney. Ms. Lehmann is an Australian writer and the founder of Quillette, with degrees in English Literature and Psychology from the University of Adelaide. She has also written for publications such as The Guardian, Harvard Kennedy School Review, Scientific American, Commentary, and ABC News (Australia).
In conjunction with the tour, a new edition of my Explaining Postmodernism: Skepticism and Socialism from Rousseau to Foucault is being produced by Connor Court Publishing for the Australian and New Zealand markets.
Thanks to the intrepid Samuel McClelland, the entrepreneur who is making it all happen.
